How To Use Visualization For Healing and Growth

Visualization has steadily gained notoriety and acceptance. However, it is often misunderstood. These misunderstandings can lead to a reluctance to experiment with this beneficial tool.

I don’t want you to miss out on the power potential visualization offers to make changes in your life the easy way.

When my friend, Gail Beauregard of Inherent Health Homeopathy asked me if I could assist her clients with simple information:

  • What is visualization?
  • Why would you want to practice visualization?
  • When it is best to practice visualization?
  • How you “do” visualization?

Plus offer a sample visualization they could follow along to feel the effects for themselves.

How could I refuse? 🙂

In the first video I explore what visualization actually is, and how what I call “Full Body Visualization” differs from what most people think of visualization, simply seeing pictures in the mind.

The second video helps with why, when and how to “do” visualization. And the third video gives you the chance to practice with me; to visualize your greater health, well being and growth. So jump in wherever you are and let me know in the comments below what you discover!

Visit Gail at There you’ll find information on “whole healing” through the support of homeopathy. Tell her I sent you!

Press the symbol to the left of the vimeo logo, the one that looks like arrows pointing in four different directions to make the video fill your whole screen. Press “escape” on your computer to make the video “small” again. Enjoy with eyes open or closed.

Now it’s your turn, come visualize a better experience with me in this moment…

Enjoy with eyes open or closed; but surely open your heart. 🙂
